 1) THE PROPOSED BUILDING STRADDLES THE CURRENT LOT LINE
 BETWEEN TRACTS B AND C. ORDINANCE NO. 4110-08, WHICH
 ADOPTED THE TRADITIONS PHASE 2 DEVELOPMENT, INCLUDED A
 CONDITION THAT PRIOR TO THE SUBMITTAL OF THE BUILDING
 PERMIT FOR VERTICAL CONSTRUCTION, A UNITY OF TITLE FOR
 TRACTS B AND C HAS TO BE RECORDED.
  
 2) MORSELIFE HAS SUBMITTED AN APPLICATION TO CHANGE THE
 TRACT BOUNDARIES TO MOVE THE LOT LINES BETWEEN THE
 BUILDINGS; HOWEVER, THIS HAS NOT YET BEEN APPROVED.
 PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE NEW TRACT LINE LOCATION
 BISECTS THE CORRIDOR CONNECTING THE TWO BUILDINGS,
 WHICH MAY REQUIRE A FIRE RATED DOOR ON THE TRACT LINE.
  
 3) THE MINOR PLANNED DEVELOPMENT AMENDMENT FOR THE
 REVISED TRADITIONS PHASE 2 HAS NOT RECEIVED FINAL
 APPROVAL FROM THE PLANNING DIVISION.
  
 4) ZONING CANNOT REVIEW OR APPROVE UNTIL THE ITEMS IN
 1-3 ABOVE ARE SATISFIED.
  
 3) LANDSCAPE, PARKING, BICYCLE RACKS, ETC. REQUIRE
 SEPARATE PERMIT WITH PLANS.
