 INDIVIDUALS, NOT FIRMS. ALLOWING THE ORIGINAL
 ENGINEER'S NAME AND LICENSE NUMBER TO REMAIN ON ALL
 PLAN SHEETS (ALTHOUGH BOTH ORIGINAL ENGINEERS AND BOTH
 SUCCESSOR PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERS ALL WORK FOR THE SAME
 ENGINEERING FIRM) DOES NOT MEET THE INTENT OR THE
 LETTER OF THE LAW AND RULE. AS THIS DOCUMENT HAS BEEN
 REVISED TWICE SINCE ISSUANCE, PLEASE DO THE FOLLOWING:
  
 IN ORDER TO EXPEDITE APPROVAL OF ALL SIGNATURE
 DOCUMENTS, AND TO BRING THE PERMIT RECORD FILE INTO
