 THE PERMIT APPLICATION FOR THE SPRINKLER WORK NEEDS TO
 INCLUDE A JOB VALUE (LABOR AND MATERIALS). KAST
 CONSTRUCTION'S MASTER PERMIT VALUE SHOULD NOT INCLUDE
 SUB-PERMIT VALUES SUCH AS FIRE SPRINKLER, FIRE ALARM,
 ETC.
  
 THE MASTER BUILDING PERMIT PLANS ALREADY ESTABLISH THE
 FIRE PROTECTION ENGINEER OF RECORD; THEREFORE, THE
 SPRINKLER SHOP DRAWINGS SHOULD NOT BE SIGNED AND SEALED
 BY BRIAN MESKOL P.E. UNLESS HE HAS BEEN ASSIGNED TO BE
 A DELEGATED ENGINEER BY THE ENGINEER OF RECORD.
  
 THE 1/16-INCH SCALED DRAWINGS ARE TOO DIFFICULT READ
 AND SCALE.
  
 PROVIDE CEILING/SOFFIT ELEVATIONS ON PLANS SO
 COMPLIANCE WITH OBSTRUCTION RULES CAN BE VERIFIED.
  
 INDICATE THE HANGER TYPE OR METHOD TO BE USED FOR
 RESTRAINING UPWARD MOVEMENT.
  
 FOR THE AREAS EXPOSED TO STRUCTURE (NO CEILING)
 INDICATE IF THE SPACE IS OBSTRUCTED CONSTRUCTION OR
 UNOBSTRUCTED CONSTRUCTION AND INDICATE THE MAXIMUM
 SPRINKLER DISTANCE LOCATED BELOW THE STRUCTURE OR ROOF
 DECK (IF OBSTRUCTED CONSTRUCTION).
  
 SHEET 1 OF 8: THE 6-INCH STANDPIPE FEED MAIN APPEARS TO
 BE ROUTED OUTSIDE OF THE BUILDING ADJACENT TO STAIR #5.
 INDICATE HOW THIS PIPING BE SUPPORTED AND PROTECTED

 ENSURE THE SCALE IS ACCURATE ON THIS PAPER SIZE.
  
 NOTE: METRO SPRINKLER HAS INDICATED THAT THE
 UNDERGROUND FIRE LINE IS NOT IN THEIR SCOPE WORK. A
