 THE GARAGE DOOR IS BEING CHANGED WITH KITCHEN CABINETS.
 AS IT APPEARS THAT THERE IS NO ACCESSORY STRUCTURE ON
 THIS LOT, IT APPEARS THAT CONTRACTOR INTENDED TO STATE
 THAT KITCHEN AND BATH CABINETS ARE TO BE REPLACED, AND
 THE GARAGE DOOR IS TO BE REPLACED.
  
 THE DESCRIPTION ON THE PERMIT APPLICATION AND ON THE
 PERMIT RECORD HAS BEEN CHANGED. REVIEW THE CHANGE AND,
 IF SCOPE IS NOT CONSISTENT WITH THE REVISED
 DESCRIPTION, EITHER RESUBMIT OR PROVIDE A REVISION
 WHICH CLEARLY SHOWS SCOPE OF WORK, FBC 107.

 1- SCOPE OF WORK IS NOT CLEAR. DESCRIPTION OF WORK IN
 THE PERMIT APPLICATION CALLS FOR "KITCH AND BATH
 CABINETS CHANGE OUT ONLY WITH GARAGE DOOR ELECTRIC IS
 EXISTING AND NO CHANGES". ACCORDING TO PROPERTY
 APPRAISAL AERIAL VIEWS THERE IS NOT GARAGE IN THIS
 HOUSE. ON THE OTHER HAND, CITY RECORDS SHOW THAT THERE
 WAS A GARAGE ON THE NORTH WING OF THIS HOUSE. THERE ARE
 NO MORE BUILDING PERMITS FOR ANY ALTERATION ON THIS
 HOUSE. PLEASE, PROVIDE COMPLETE SET OF DRAWINGS,
 DETAILS AND SPECIFICATIONS SHOWING THE OVERALL LAYOUT
 OF THE HOUSE, INCLUDING THE GARAGE AREA. SEC. 107.2.1
 CITY AMENDMENTS TO FBC.
  
 ***NOTE: IF THE WORK WAS DONE BY PREVIOUS OWNERS, THE
 WORK STILL NEEDS TO BE PERMITTED. AND, PLANS NEED TO BE
 PROVIDED FOR REVIEW AND APPROVAL.
  
 2- ALL PLANS SUBMITTED NEED TO HAVE THE DESIGNER OF
 RECORD NAME AND SIGNATURE AS REQUIRED BY SEC. 107.2.1
 OF CITY AMENDMENTS TO FBC.
  
 3- REVISE VALUATION TO INCLUDE ALL THE SCOPE OF WORK ON
