 THE SAME S-10 DRAWINGS WERE SUBMITTED WITH ANOTHER
 REVISION (# 15090378). SUBMIT TWO SETS OF REVISED
 ARCHITECTURAL DRAWINGS THAT SHOW THE LOCATION,
 ELEVATIONS AND ORIENTATION OF THE REVISED STAIRS. FBC
 107.2.1
  
 2) SUBMIT TWO SETS OF REVISED ARCHITECTURAL DRAWINGS
 THAT SHOW THE ELEVATOR AND ELEVATOR EQUIPMENT. THE
 ELEVATOR AND EQUIPMENT ARE REQUIRED TO COMPLY WITH CITY
 OF WEST PALM BEACH FLOOD ORDINANCE AND FEMA
 REQUIREMENTS. FBC 107.2.1 & FBC-R322

 THE ELEVATOR ENCLOSURE IS LOCATED IN A SPECIAL FLOOD
 HAZARD AREA (A5 FLOOD ZONE ) AND IS REQUIRED TO COMPLY
 WITH FBC-R322 AND ASCE 24-05. THEREFORE, THE FOLLOWING
 ARE ITEMS ARE REQUIRED:
 1) THE ENCLOSURE IS REQUIRED TO BE DESIGNED TO RESIST
 FLOOD LOADS (I.E., HYDROSTATIC, HYDRODYNAMIC,
 FLOOD-BORNE DEBRIS, EROSION AND SCOUR). PROVIDE A
 LETTER OF AFFIRMATION FROM THE ENGINEER.
 2) THE ELEVATOR EQUIPMENT SHALL BE LOCATED ABOVE THE
 7.5' BASE FLOOD ELEVATION. IF EQUIPMENT MUST BE LOCATED
 BELOW THE BFE, IT SHALL BE PROTECTED USING FLOOD
 DAMAGE-RESISTANT COMPONENTS.
 3) THE ELEVATOR CAB MUST BE EQUIPPED WITH CONTROLS THAT
 PREVENT THE CAB FROM DESCENDING INTO FLOOD-WATERS.
