 THIS PERMIT WILL ONLY COVER THE EXTERIOR DEMO OF THE
 LOOSE EXTERIOR STUCCO TO ALLOW A STRUCTURAL ENGINEER TO
 VERIFY THERE IS NO STRUCTURAL DAMAGE. IF NO STRUCTURAL
 DAMAGE THE STRUCTURAL ENGINEER WILL RIGHT A REPORT ON
 HOW THE REPAIRS ARE TO TAKE PLACE.
  
 A SECOND PERMIT WILL BE NECESSARY FOR THE STUCCO REPAIR
 THE VALUE OF THE JOB ($29,000.00) WILL THEN BE APPLIED
 TO THIS PERMIT. NOTE $75.00 OF THE INSPECTION ONLY
 PERMIT WILL BE APPLIED TO THIS PERMIT PLUS A CREDIT OF
 $37.60 DUE TO OVER PAYMENT OF A INSPECTION ONLY PERMIT>
  
 IF THERE IS STRUCTURAL DAMAGE, THIS BUILDING QUALIFIES
 AS A THRESHOLD BUILDING.
 THRESHOLD INSPECTION PLAN FL S. S. 553.71(7) "
 THRESHOLD BUILDING" MEANING ANY BUILDING WHICH IS
 GREATER THAN (3) STORIES OR 50 FT IN HEIGHT, OR WHICH
 HAS AN ASSEMBLY OCCUPANCY CLASSIFICATION AS DENIED IN
 THE
 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE WHICH EXCEEDS 5,000 SQ FT IN AREA
 AND AN OCCUPANT CONTENT OF GREATER THAN 500 PERSONS.
  
 109.3.6.1 THE ENFORCING AGENCY SHALL REQUIRE A SPECIAL
 INSPECTOR TO PERFORM STRUCTURAL INSPECTIONS ON A
 THRESHOLD BUILDING PURSUANT TO A STRUCTURAL INSPECTION
 PLAN PREPARED BY THE ENGINEER OF RECORD. THE STRUCTURAL
 INSPECTION PLAN MUST BE SUBMITTED TO THE ENFORCING
 AGENCY PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF A BUILDING PERMIT FOR
 THE CONSTRUCTION OF A THRESHOLD BUILDING. THE PURPOSE
 OF THE STRUCTURAL INSPECTION PLAN IS TO PROVIDE
 SPECIFIC INSPECTION PROCEDURES AND SCHEDULES SO THAT
 THE BUILDING CAN BE ADEQUATELY INSPECTED FOR COMPLIANCE
 WITH THE PERMITTED DOCUMENTS.

 THE BUILDING SHALL BE EVALUATED BY A REGISTERED DESIGN
 PROFESSIONAL, AND THE EVALUATION FINDINGS SHALL BE
 SUBMITTED TO THE CODE OFFICIAL. THE EVALUATION SHALL
 ESTABLISH WHETHER THE DAMAGED BUILDING, IF REPAIRED TO
 ITS PREDAMAGED STATE, WOULD COMPLY WITH THE PROVISIONS
 OF THE CODES THAT WERE IN EFFECT WHEN THE BUILDING WAS

 FENCED OR CLOSED. WALKWAYS SHALL BE OF SUFFICIENT WIDTH
 TO ACCOMMODATE THE PEDESTRIAN TRAFFIC, BUT IN NO CASE
 SHALL THEY BE LESS THAN 4 FEET (1219 MM) IN WIDTH.
 WALKWAYS SHALL BE PROVIDED WITH A DURABLE WALKING
 SURFACE. WALKWAYS SHALL BE ACCESSIBLE IN ACCORDANCE
 WITH CHAPTER 11 AND SHALL BE DESIGNED TO SUPPORT ALL
 IMPOSED LOADS AND IN NO CASE SHALL THE DESIGN LIVE LOAD
