 TWO NEW REVISE CALCULATIONS WITH ORIGINAL SEAL AND
 SIGNATURE):
 A) ACCORDING TO SEC. 1609.4.3 OF 2010 FBC THIS BUILDING
 IS LOCATED IN EXPOSURE "D" NOT "C". REVISE THE DESIGN
 PRESSURES AND INSULATION FASTENERS ACCORDINGLY.
  
 B) ENGINEER TO REVISE PAGE OF SELECTED APPROVED
 ASSEMBLY W-2. THE CORRECT PAGE IS 4 OF 69. PAGE 9 OF 69
 IS FOR STEEL OR CONCRETE DECKS. REVISE AS REQUIRED.
 SEC. 107.2.1 CITY AMENDMENTS TO FBC.
  
 2- ROOF PLAN SKETCH SUBMITTED:
 A) STATES "PONDING WATER". RE-ROOFING DOESN'T REQUIRE
 1/4 PER FOOT SLOPE BUT IT REQUIRES POSITIVE DRAINAGE.
 SEE SEC. 611.1 OF 2010 FBC-EXISTING BUILDING. NEED TO
 PROVIDE POSITIVE DRAINAGE WHEN RE-ROOFING.
  
 B) THERE IS A NOTE SAYING "SEAL 2 SCUPPERS". CLARIFY IF
 SEALING MEANING FOR LEAKAGE OR IF SEALING FOR CLOSING
 SCUPPERS. COORDINATE WITH ITEM #2(A) ABOVE.
