 EXTERIOR DOOR #1 DOES NOT HAVE A SIDELITE, DOOR #5 IS
 AN IMPACT RATED EXTERIOR SLIDING GLASS DOOR, THE WIDTHS
 OF DOORS #7 AND #8 ARE WIDER THAN THE CLOSETS THEY
 SERVE, DOOR #6 IS A PAIR OF SWINGING DOORS AND THE ID
 TAGS FOR THE CLOSET DOORS IN BEDROOMS #2 AND #3 ARE
 MISSING FROM THE FLOOR PLAN. FBC 107.2.1
  
 2) FBC 107.3.4 - PROVIDE TWO SETS OF PRODUCT APPROVALS
 FOR THE AWNING WINDOW ("D" ON SHEET A-1) THOSE PRODUCTS
 WHICH ARE REGULATED BY DCA RULE 9N-3 THAT HAVE BEEN
 REVIEWED AND APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE DESIGNER OF
 RECORD.
  
 3) THE PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR THE BORAL TILESEAL ( NOA
 NO.12-0417.06 ) AND THE CAST-CRETE 8" LINTELS ( NOA NO.
 12-0209.13 ) HAVE BEEN SUPERSEDED. SUBMIT TWO SETS OF
 CURRENT PRODUCT APPROVALS THAT HAVE BEEN REVIEWED AND
 APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE DESIGNER OF RECORD. FBC

 4) SPECIFY WHICH ONE OF THE TILES LISTED IN THE PRODUCT
 APPROVAL WILL BE USED AND SPECIFY THE ATTACHMENT METHOD
 THAT WILL BE USED. THE TILE PROFILE AND THE NUMBER AND
 TYPE OF MECHANICAL FASTENERS OR ADHESIVE IS NEEDED TO
 DETERMINE THAT THE REQUIRED WIND RESISTANCE IS MET. FBC
 107.2.1 & FBC-R905.3 NOTE: IF A TILE ADHESIVE IS USED,
 SUBMIT TWO SETS OF PRODUCT APPROVALS THAT HAVE BEEN
 REVIEWED AND APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE DESIGNER OF
 RECORD.
  
 5) SUBMIT TWO SETS OF SIGNED AND SEALED TRUSS PLACEMENT
 PLANS AND TRUSS DRAWINGS THAT HAVE BEEN REVIEWED AND
 APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE STRUCTURAL ENGINEER FOR THE
