 INSTALLED IN CONFORMANCE WITH THAT LISTING, UNLESS
 OTHERWISE APPROVED BY SPECIAL PERMISSION. INDICATE THE
 REQUIRED LISTING AND LABELING PER NEC 600.3 AND NEC
 110.3(B)
  
 2) NEC 600.5
 EACH COMMERCIAL OCCUPANCY ACCESSIBLE TO PEDESTRIANS
 SHALL BE PROVIDED WITH AT LEAST ONE OUTLET SUPPLIED BY
 A BRANCH CIRCUIT RATED AT LEAST 20 AMPERES THAT
 SUPPLIES NO OTHER LOAD. INDICATE THE REQUIRED SIGN
 CIRCUIT IS EITHER EXISTING TO REMAIN OR PROPOSED TO BE
 INSTALLED UNDER THIS SCOPE. IF IT IS TO BE INSTALLED
 UNDER THIS SCOPE A SEPARATE PERMIT BY A QUALIFIED
 ELECTRICAL CONTRACTO IS REQUIRED.
  
 3) NEC 600.6(A)(1) LOCATION.
 DISCONNECTS. EACH SIGN AND OUTLINE LIGHTING SYSTEM, OR
 FEEDER CIRCUIT OR BRANCH CIRCUIT SUPPLYING A SIGN OR
 OUT-LINE LIGHTING SYSTEM, SHALL BE CONTROLLED BY AN
 EXTERNALLY OPERABLE SWITCH OR CIRCUIT BREAKER THAT WILL
 OPEN ALL UNGROUNDED CONDUCTORS WITHIN SIGHT OF THE SIGN
 OR OUTLINE LIGHTING SYSTEM THAT IT CONTROLS. INDICATE
 THE REQUIRED DISCONNECT WITHIN SIGHT OF THE SIGN.
  
 4) FBC-E 505.2.4
 ALL EXTERIOR LIGHTING NOT EXEMPTED BY FBC 505.1 SHALL
 HAVE AUTOMATIC CONTROLS TO TURN OFF AT DAYLIGHT OR WHEN
 NOT REQUIRED. CONTROLS SHALL BE PHOTOSENSOR & TIME
 CLOCK OR ASTRONOMICAL TIME SWITCH. ALL TIME SWITCHES
 SHALL BE CAPABLE OF RETAINING PROGRAMING DURING A LOSS
 OF POWER FOR A MINIMUM OF 10 HOURS. THE DEDICATED SIGN
 CIRCUIT SHALL COMPLY WITH THE PROVISIONS OF THE FBC-E
 505.2.4.

 1) THIS IS NOT A DESIGNATED SIGN ZONE LOCATION IN THE
 CITYPLACE MASTER SIGN PLAN. THE SIGN ZONE(S) IS
 DIRECTLY OVER THE ARCHES. THE CITYPLACE MASTER SIGN
 PLAN ALLOWS VARIANCES FROM THIS PROVISION IF YOU
 PROVIDE A NOTARIZED LETTER FROM CITYPLACE THAT THEY
 HAVE GRANTED THE SPECIFIC VARIANCE TO MOVE THE SIGN IN
 THE HORIZONTAL PLANE OF THE SIGN ZONE.
  
 2) THE SIGN DIMENSIONS PROVIDED DO NOT INCLUDE ALL OF
 THE SIGN AREA THAT THE CITY MEASURES. ONE BOX SHALL BE
 DRAWN AROUND THE ENTIRE SIGN. THE TOP TO BOTTOM IS THE
 35 INCH HEIGHT OF THE PALM TREE. THE LEFT TO RIGHT -
 FROM THE PALM FROND TO THE LETTER H, WHICH INCLUDES THE
 SPACE BETWEEN THE TREE AND THE LETTER L SHALL BE
 PROVIDED.
  
 3) THE CITYPLACE MASTER SIGN PLAN MEASURES SIGNAGE
 ALLOWANCE AS FOLLOWS - ONE SQUARE FOOT OF SIGNAGE FOR
 EACH ONE LINEAR FOOT OF STORE FRONTAGE. THE STOREFRONT
 IS 27 FEET WIDE, SO THE SIGN MAY ONLY BE 27 SQ. FT.
 STAFF'S ROUGH CALCULATION BASED ON THE VALUES PROVIDED
 SHOW THE SIGN IN EXCESS OF 45 SQ. FT. CITYPLACE MAY
 APPROVE IN WRITING A VARIANCE TO INCREASE IN THE SIGN
 SQUARE FOOTAGE BY 25 PERCENT (UP TO 33.75 SQ. FT.)
  
 4) PLEASE PROVIDE THE DIMENSION THAT THE SIGN PROJECTS
 FROM THE WALL.
