 PLEASE ADDRESS THE ITEMS NOTED BELOW:
  
 BUILDING
  
 1) FBC 107.2.1 THE PLANS THAT WERE SUBMITTED ARE NOT
 CLEAR AS TO THE PROPOSED SCOPE OF WORK. SUBMIT TWO SETS
 OF DRAWINGS THAT SHOW THE EXISTING CONDITION OF THE
 PROJECT AREA PRIOR TO THE PROPOSED IMPROVEMENTS.
  
 2) FBC 107.2.1 - INFORMATION ON CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS.
 ALL INFORMATION, DRAWINGS, SPECIFICATIONS AND
 ACCOMPANYING DATA SHALL BEAR THE NAME AND SIGNATURE OF
 THE PERSON RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DESIGN.
  
 3) FBC-R314.3.1 ALTERATIONS, REPAIRS AND ADDITIONS.
 WHEN ALTERATIONS, REPAIRS OR ADDITIONS REQUIRING A
 PERMIT OCCUR, OR WHEN ONE OR MORE SLEEPING ROOMS ARE
 ADDED OR CREATED IN EXISTING DWELLINGS, THE INDIVIDUAL
 DWELLING UNIT SHALL BE EQUIPPED WITH SMOKE ALARMS
 LOCATED AS REQUIRED FOR NEW DWELLINGS.
  
 4) FBC 107.3.4 - PROVIDE TWO SETS OF PRODUCT APPROVALS
 FOR THOSE PRODUCTS WHICH ARE REGULATED BY DCA RULE 9N-3
 THAT HAVE BEEN REVIEWED AND APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE
 DESIGNER OF RECORD. SPECIFICALLY, PROVIDE SUBMITTALS
 FOR THE NEW WINDOWS AND EXTERIOR DOOR. THE SUBMITALS
 FOR THE WINDOWS DO NOT HAVE THE FL# ON THEM AND NOTHING
 WAS SUBMITTED FOR THE EXTERIOR DOOR.

 ELECTRICAL PLAN REVIEW
 ACTION:
  
 1) CLARIFY THE OVERALL SCOPE OF WORK. AND INDICATE ON
 THE FLOOR PLAN WHAT IS EXISTING TO REMAIN AND WHAT ID
 PROPOSED TO BE INSTALLED.
  
 2) PROVIDE A SITE PLAN INDICATING THE LOCATION OF THE
 ELECTRICAL SERVICE AND A/C EQUIPMENT. WPB AMENDMENTS TO
 FBC 107.3.2
  
 3) INDICATE THE LOCATION OF THE ELECTRICAL PANEL ON THE
 FLOOR PLAN.
  
 4) PROVIDE A PANEL SCHEDULE INDICATING THE CIRCUIT
 NUMBERS CORESPONDING TO THE FLOOR PLAN.
  
 5) IDENTIFY THE CIRCUITRY ON THE FLOOR PLAN
 CORESPONDING TO THE ELECTRICAL PANEL.
  
 6) ALL NEW GENERAL PURPOSE OUTLETS MUST BE TAMPER
 RESISTANT AND AFCI PROTECTED. NEC 210.1, 406.11
  
 7) ALL INFORMATION, DRAWINGS, SPECIFICATIONS AND
 ACCOMPANYING DATA SHALL BEAR THE NAME AND SIGNATURE OF
 THE PERSON RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DESIGN. FBC-107.2.1
  
 8) A GFCI PROTECTED RECEPTACLE IS REQUIRED OUTSIDE AT
 THE FRONT AND BACK ENTRANCE AREAS. NEC 210.52 (E) (1)
  
 9) PROVIDE TWO OR MORE 20- AMPERE SMALL APPLIANCE
 BRANCH CIRCUITS. NEC 210.52
  
 10) PROVIDE A 20 AMPERE BRANCH CIRCUIT FOR THE
 BATHROOMS. NEC 210.11 (C).
  
 11) VERIFY THE EXISTING HOME ALSO HAS SMOKE DETECTORS
 AND CARBON MONOXIDE DETECTORS. REMODELING OF AN
 EXISTING STRUCTURE IS REQUIRED TO INCLUDE
 INTERCONNECTED SMOKE ALARMS BOTH WITHIN AND OUTSIDE
 EACH SLEEPING AREA. IF THE RESIDENCE HAS GAS
 APPLIANCES, AN ATTACHED GARAGE OR A FIRE PLACE A CARBON
 MONOXIDE DETECTOR IS REQUIRED WITHIN TEN FEET OF EACH
 ROOM USED FOR SLEEPING. 2010 FBC R314, 315
  
 12) IN ADDITION TO THE NUMBER OF BRANCH CIRCUITS
 REQUIRED BY OTHER PARTS OF THIS SECTION, AT LEAST ONE
 20-AMPERE BRANCH CIRCUIT SHALL BE PROVIDED TO SUPPLY
 BATHROOM RECEPTACLE OUTLET(S). SUCH CIRCUITS SHALL HAVE
 NO OTHER OUTLETS. NEC 210.11 (3)

 BE RELOCATED FROM THEIR EXISTING LOCATION. IF SO, A
 SANITARY AND WATER RISER WILL BE REQUIRED TO BE
 SUBNITTED.
 4) SUBMIT AN EXISTING AND PROPOSED FLOOR PLAN DRAWING

 5) YOU MUST COMPLETE AND SUBMIT THE OWNER/BUILDER
