 1) THE PERMIT APPLICATION INDICATES THE TEMPORARY
 CONSTRUCTION TRAILERS ARE TEMPORARY, THAT MEANS 180
 DAYS OR LESS BY DEFINITON. PLEASE PROVIDE THE DATE THEY
 WILL BE INSTALLED AND THE DATE THEY WILL BE REMOVED.
 2010 WEST PALM BEACH AMENDMENTS TO THE FLORIDA BUILDING
 CODE,
 CHAPTER 1, ADMINISTRATION, 2010 108.1 GENERAL. THE
 BUILDING OFFICIAL IS AUTHORIZED TO ISSUE A PERMIT FOR
 TEMPORARY STRUCTURES AND TEMPORARY USES. SUCH PERMITS
 SHALL BE LIMITED AS TO TIME OF SERVICE, BUT SHALL NOT
 BE PERMITTED FOR MORE THAN 6MONTHS. THE BUILDING
 OFFICIAL IS AUTHORIZED TO GRANT EXTENSIONS FOR
 DEMONSTRATED CAUSE.
  
 2) SHEET 1 OF 4 FROM THE STATE APPROVED PLANS INDICATE
 IN NOTE # 2 THEY WILL NEED TO PROVIDE STAIR, RAMP,
 LANDINGS, DECKS AND GAURDRAIL DETAILS, THEY ARE NOT
 INCLUDED IN THE STATE APPROVED PLANS.
 2A) 1009.6 STAIRWAY CONSTRUCTION. ALL STAIRWAYS SHALL
 BE BUILT OF MATERIALS CONSISTENT WITH THE TYPES
 PERMITTED FOR THE TYPE OF CONSTRUCTION OF THE BUILDING,
 EXCEPT THAT WOOD HANDRAILS SHALL BE PERMITTED FOR ALL
 TYPES OF CONSTRUCTION.
 2B) STAIR, RAMPS, LANDINGS & DECKS ARE TO BE DESIGN TO
 TABLE 1607 LIVE LOADS.
 2C) 1010.2 SLOPE. RAMPS USED AS PART OF A MEANS OF
 EGRESS SHALL HAVE A RUNNING SLOPE NOT STEEPER THAN ONE
 UNIT VERTICAL IN 12 UNITS HORIZONTAL (8.333-PERCENT
 SLOPE). THE SLOPE OF OTHER PEDESTRIAN RAMPS SHALL NOT
 BE STEEPER THAN ONE UNIT VERTICAL IN EIGHT UNITS
 HORIZONTAL (12.5-PERCENT SLOPE). ACC CODE 405,
 HANDRAILS 1012 & GUARDRAILS 1013.
  
 3) PROVIDE A SITE PLAN AND SHOW THE ACCESSIBLE ROUTE TO
 THE MANUFACTURERD BUILDINGS FROM THE ACCESSIBLE PARKINS
 SPOT AND ACCESS AISLE.

 4) SHEET 1 OF 4 FROM THE STATE APPROVED PLANS INDICATE
 IN NOTE # 14 SITE INSTALLED ITEM GUTTERS. 1503.7
 PROTECTION AGAINST DECAY AND TERMITES.
 CONDENSATE LINES AND ROOF DOWNSPOUTS SHALL DISCHARGE AT
 LEAST 1 FOOT (305 MM) AWAY FROM THE STRUCTURE SIDEWALL,
 WHETHER BY UNDERGROUND PIPING, TAIL EXTENSIONS, OR
 SPLASH BLOCKS. GUTTERS WITH DOWNSPOUTS ARE REQUIRED ON
 ALL BUILDINGS WITH EAVES OF LESS THAN 6 INCHES (152 MM)

 SUBMIT INFORMATION FOR STAIRS, HANDRAILS, GUARDRAILS
 AND WOOD DECKING CONNECTING ONE TRAILER TO THE OTHER.
  
 PER SECTION 10.12.1.2 (NFPA 1), PROVIDE BUILDING
 ADDRESS VISIBLE FROM THE STREET. NUMBERS SHALL BE
 ATTACHED TO THE BUILDING AND BE AT LEAST SIX-INCHES IN
 HEIGHT WITH 1-INCH STROKE AND SHALL CONTRAST THE
 BACKGROUND.
  
 PROVIDE PORTABLE FIRE EXTINGUISHERS. EXTINGUISHERS
 SHALL HAVE A MINIMUM RATING OF 2A:10BC AND SHALL BE
 TAGGED BY A LICENSED FIRE EXTINGUISHER COMPANY. TRAVEL
 DISTANCE TO EXTINGUISHERS SHALL NOT EXCEED 75 FEET.
  
 GUARDS, AT LEAST 42-INCHES TALL, SHALL BE PROVIDED AT
 THE OPEN SIDES OF MEANS OF EGRESS (STAIRS, MEZZANINE,
 ETC.) THAT EXCEED 30-INCHES ABOVE THE FLOOR. OPEN
 GUARDS SHALL PROHIBIT THE PASSAGE OF A 4-INCH DIAMETER
 SPHERE UP TO A HEIGHT OF 34-INCHES. THE TRIANGULAR
 OPENINGS FORMED BY THE RISER, TREAD AND BOTTOM ELEMENT
 OF THE GUARDRAIL SHALL PROHIBIT THE PASSAGE OF A 6-INCH
 DIAMETER SPHERE.
  
 HANDRAILS ARE REQUIRED ON BOTH SIDES OF THE STAIR.
 HANDRAILS SHALL BE LOCATED NOT LESS THAN 34-INCHES AND
 NOT MORE THAN 38-INCHES ABOVE THE SURFACE OF THE TREAD,
 MEASURED VERTICALLY TO THE TOP OF THE RAIL FROM THE
 LEADING EDGE OF THE TREAD. HANDRAIL ENDS SHALL BE
 RETURNED TO THE WALL OR FLOOR OR SHALL TERMINATE AT
 NEWEL POSTS. HANDRAIL CROSS SECTION SHALL HAVE A
 DIAMETER OF NOT LESS THAN 1.25 INCHES AND NOT MORE THAN
 2 INCHES.
  
 STAIR RISERS SHALL BE BETWEEN 4 INCHES AND 7 INCHES IN
 HEIGHT. STAIRS SHALL BE SLIP RESISTANT AND HAVE A
 MINIMUM TREAD DEPTH OF 11 INCHES AND PREVENT THE
 ACCUMULATION OF WATER.
  
 PER SECTION 7.2.1.5.9, THE LOCK/LATCH RELEASING
 MECHANISM ON ALL DOORS SHALL OPEN THE DOOR WITH NOT
 MORE THAN ONE RELEASING OPERATION. THE RELEASING
 MECHANISM SHALL HAVE AN OBVIOUS METHOD OF OPERATION
 THAT IS READILY OPERATED UNDER ALL LIGHTING CONDITIONS.
 THE RELEASING DEVICE SHOULD BE CAPABLE OF BEING
 OPERATED WITH ONE HAND AND SHOULD NOT REQUIRE TIGHT
 GRASPING, TIGHT PINCHING OR TWISTING OF THE WRIST TO
 OPERATE.
