 DOES NOT MEET MINIMUM INTERIOR LANDSCAPING REQUIREMENT.
  
 2. PROVIDE A CALCULATION ON THE LANDSCAPING PLAN
 DEMONSTRATING THAT NO MORE THAN 35 PERCENT OF THE
 REQUIRED FLOWERING OR SHADE TREES ARE BEING SUBSTITUTED
 WITH PALMS PER ZLDR SECTION 94-442(C).
  
 3. PROVIDE A CALCULATION ON THE LANDSCAPING PLAN
 DEMONSTRATING COMPLIANCE WITH MINIMUM TREE PLANTING
 BUFFER REQUIREMENT REQUIRING A TREE EVERY 30 FEET.
  
 4. PROVIDE A LANDSCAPE BUFFER AROUND THE PROPOSED
 UTILITY AREA SHOWN ON THE LANDSCAPE PLAN.
  
 5. WHAT TYPE OF CURBING OR PROTECTION IS BEING
 CONSTRUCTED TO PROTECT THE LANDSCAPING FROM VEHICLES ON
 THE SOUTH SIDE OF THE PARKING LOT?
  
 6. PROVIDE DIMENSIONS OF LANDSCAPE AREAS ON THE PLAN.
 NO DIMENSIONS ARE PROVIDED.
  
  
 ADDITIONAL COMMENTS:
  
 7. IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE CLASS B SPECIAL USE PERMIT,
 ENGINEERING PLANS ADDRESSING STORMWATER ISSUES NEED TO
 BE SUBMITTED AND APPROVED PRIOR TO OR CONCURRENTLY WITH
 THE APPROVAL OF THE LANDSCAPING PERMIT TO MAKE SURE
 REVIEW OF THE ENGINEERING PLANS FOR STORMWATER DOES NOT
 AFFECT THE FINAL LANDSCAPING DESIGN.
  
 8. SEPARATE PERMIT IS REQUIRED FOR THE IRRIGATION
 SYSTEM.
