 1. AN ENGINEERING DEVELOPMENT PERMIT APPLICATION WOULD
 NORMALLY BE REQUIRED. HOWEVER, THIS PROJECT IS COVERED
 BY THE POWER PLANT SITING ACT AND THE CITY HAD THE
 OPPORTUNITY TO COMMENT ON THE PROPOSAL DURING THE
 REVIEW OF AMENDMENT AMI14-072, WHICH WAS APPROVED BY
 DEP ON JUNE 24, 2014.
  
 2. INDICATE THE MATERIAL AND MINIMUM COVER PROPOSED FOR
 THE NEW 2-INCH POTABLE WATER LINE EXTENSION, ALSO,
 REVISE DETAIL B ON SHEET CD-1 TO INCLUDE THE 2" X 1"
 DOUBLE STRAP SADDLE AND GATE VALVE CALLED FOR ON SHEET
 C-4.
  
 3. NEW STRIPING AND PARKING LOT CONFIGURATION MUST
 COMPLY WITH CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH CODE OF ORDINANCES,
 ARTICLE XV, SECTIONS 94-485 AND 94-443(C)(5)(B), FIGURE
 XIV-2. PLEASE LABEL THE PARKING AISLE AND PARKING STALL
 DIMENSIONS. ALSO INCLUDE A DETAIL SHOWING COMPLIANCE
 WITH THE CITY CODE (DOUBLE 4 INCH STRIPES WITH A 12
