 1) INDICATE ON THE PLAN IF THE RANGE IN THE KITCHEN IS
 GAS OR ELECTRIC AND IF IT IS EXISTING TO REMAIN, NEW,

 2) INDICATE ON THE PLAN IF THE WASHER & DRYER ARE
 EXISTING TO REMAIN, NEW, OR EXISTING TO BE REPLACED.
 INDICATE ON THE PLAN IF THE DRYER IS ELECTRIC OR GAS.
 3) A YELLOW TRACER WIRE SHALL BE INSTALLED ADJACENT TO
 UNDERGROUND NONMETALLIC PIPING. INSTALLATION SHALL
 COMPLY W/2010FGC SEC.404.15.3, & FBCR, SEC. G2415.15.3.
 4) THE MAXIMUM ALLOWED BTU'S ON 1 1/2 " PE PIPE IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH GAS TABLE 402.4 (19 ) AND 2010 FBCR
 TABLE G2413.4 ( 7 ) AT 60 FT. IS 721,000 BTU'S. THE BTU
 LOAD SHOWN ON THE PLAN IS 750,000 BTU'S. THEREFORE THE
 GAS SYSTEM AS DESIGNED IS UNDERSIZED INCLUDING THE 3/4"
 LINES.
 5) SHOW THE LENGTH OF EACH SECTION OF THE SCH.40 STEEL
 PIPE.
 6) MANUFACTURER'S SPECIFICATION SHEETS SHALL BE
 SUBMITTED FOR ALL GAS APPLIANCES AT THE TIME OF PERMIT
