 PARKING LOT. GATES OF ENCLOSURE FACE ONTO PRIVATE
 PROPERTY. WILL AN ACCESS EASEMENT BE GRANTED TO ALLOW
 CONTINUED SERVICE OF THE COMPACTORS?
