 REVIEW COMMENTS:
  
 1. PURSUANT TO THE WEST PALM COMMERCE PARK DESIGN
 CRITERIA (AS APPROVED BY RESOLUTION NO. 130-11),
 PROPOSED SIGNS SHALL BE APPROVED BY THE WEST PALM
 COMMERCE PARK ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW COMMITTEE /
 DECLARANT PRIOR TO SUBMITTAL AND APPROVAL OF A BUILDING
 PERMIT APPLICATION.
  
 2. PURSUANT TO THE WEST PALM COMMERCE PARK DESIGN
 CRITERIA (AS APPROVED BY RESOLUTION NO. 130-11),
 WALL-MOUNTED SIGNS ON A 1-STORY BUILDING SHALL BE
 LIMITED AS FOLLOWS:
  
 MAXIMUM LETTER HEIGHT: 16 INCHES
 MAXIMUM LOGO HEIGHT: 26 INCHES
 MAXIMUM SIGN SIZE: 24 SQUARE FEET
  
 3. THE SITE PLAN SHOWING THE LOCATION OF THE PROPOSED
 FREESTANDING SIGN HAS THE SIGN DRAWN IN THE PARKING
 LOT, BUT INDICATES THAT THERE IS ONLY A 6 FOOT SETBACK
 FROM THE PROPERTY LINE. PLEASE CLARIFY THE PROPOSED
 LOCATION.
  
 4. PLEASE PROVIDE 2 COPIES OF A CURRENT AND ACCURATE
 SURVEY. IT APPEARS THAT THERE MAY BE A 10 FOOT WIDE
 UTILITY EASEMENT THAT RUNS ALONG THE NORTH SIDE OF THE
 TYLERLAKES BOULEVARD PROPERTY LINE. THE PROPOSED SIGN
 WOULD NEED TO BE PLACED OUTSIDE OF THE EASEMENT, OR
 CONSENT WOULD HAVE TO BE OBTAINED FROM ALL UTILITY
 COMPANIES AND INCLUDED IN THE PERMIT APPLICATION.
