 PORTECOCHERE SHOULD BE MARKED AS A FIRE LANE. PER
 SECTION 18.2.3.5.3 (NFPA 1), FIRE LANES SHALL BE MARKED
 WITH FREESTANDING SIGNS READING, "FIRE LANE - NO
 PARKING BY ORDER OF THE FIRE DEPARTMENT." SIGNS SHALL
 BE 12" X 18" WITH A WHITE BACKGROUND AND RED LETTERS
 AND SHALL BE A MAXIMUM OF SEVEN FEET IN HEIGHT TO THE
 BOTTOM OF THE SIGN. SIGNS SHALL BE WITHIN SIGHT OF THE
 TRAFFIC FLOW AND BE SPACED A MAXIMUM OF 60 FEET APART.
  
 SHEET C2 AND SHEET LP1: FIRE HYDRANTS SHALL REMAIN
 CLEAR OF ALL OBSTRUCTIONS INCLUDING WATER FEATURES,
 BUILDINGS, VEHICLES, TREES, SHRUBS, ETC. FIRE HYDRANTS
 SHALL BE PROVIDED WITH A CLEAR SPACE OF 7'-6" TO THE
