 1) ADDITIONAL RECEPTACLES MAY BE REQUIRED IN THE LIVING
 ROOM. ADD RECEPTACLES SO THAT NO WALL SPACE IS MORE
 THAN 6 FEET FROM A RECEPTACLE AND ALL WALL SPACES MORE
 THAN 2 FEET IN WIDTH HAVE A RECEPTACLE. NEC 210.52
  
 2) THE RISER DIAGRAM INDICATES A NEW 200AMP MAIN PANEL
 INSIDE THE RESIDENCE WITH NO MAIN DISCONNECT INDICATED
 NEXT TO THE METER OUTSIDE. THE SERVICE ENTRANCE
 DISCONNECTING MEANS SHALL BE INSTALLED TO COMPLY WITH
 NEC 230.70.
  
 3) PLEASE PROVIDE THE PANEL SCHEDULES AND SHOW CIRCUITS
 ON FLOOR PLAN. FBC- 107.3.5.3
  
 4) A BONDING STRIP IS REQUIRED AT SERVICE GROUND NEC
 250.94
  
 5) PROVIDE A GROUNDING ELECTRODE FOR THE GUEST HOUSE
 ELECTRIC PANEL AND INDICATE IT ON THE PLANS. NEC 250.32
  
 6) LUMINAIRES IN CLOTHES CLOSETS. ARTICLE 410.16 (C)(3)
 LOCATION. STATES IN PART , THE MINIMUM CLEARANCE
 BETWEEN LUMINAIRES INSTALLED IN CLOTHES CLOSETS AND THE
 NEAREST POINT OF A STORAGE SPACE SHALL BE AS FOLLOWS:
 "150MM (6") FOR RECESSED INCANDESCENT OR LED LUMINAIRES
 WITH A COMPLETELY ENCLOSED LIGHT SOURCE INSTALLED IN
 THE WALL OR CEILING" OR (4) "150MM (6") FOR RECESSED
