 1) UTILITY RELEASES ARE REQUIRED.
 2) AN ENGINEER'S LETTER TO CERTIFY THE SUITABLITY OF
 THE STRUCTURE FOR LIFTING AND MOVING IS REQUIRED
 3) SEPARATE PERMITS ARE REQUIRED TO DISCONNECT
 UTILITIES.
