 APPLICATION) TO STATE THAT THIS IS A PRIVATE NON
 COMMERCIAL DOCK AS PER THE TRAFFIC LETTER. THE PERMIT
 DESCRIPTION IN OUR SYSTEM HAS BEEN CHANGED. IF THIS IS
 NOT ACCEPTABLE, PLEASE SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH FBC 2010
 ACCESSIBILITY 101.1.2 AND HAVE TRAFFIC LETTER AND ANY
