 SUBMITTED, HOWEVER, PREVIOUS COMMENTS ON THE LANDSCAPE
 PLAN WERE NOT ADDRESSED:
  
 PLEASE ADJUST CALCULATIONS ON THE TABLE TO REFLECT
 REQUIREMENTS OF THE CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH RATHER THAN
 PALM BEACH COUNTY. ALSO, THE LAYOUT OF THE LANDSACPE
 PLOT PLAN IS NOT CONSISTENT WITH THE PLOT PLAN OF THE
 HOUSE AND DRIVEWAY ON THE SURVEY.
 NOTE: ZLDR SEC. 94-442(B)(2)A. - FOR SINGLE-FAMILY
 DWELLING UNITS, AT LEAST ONE SHADE, FLOWERING, OR FRUIT
 TREE SHALL BE PLANTED FOR EACH 1,200 SQUARE FEET OF
 OPEN SPACE OR PORTION THEREOF. FOR SINGLE-FAMILY
 DWELLING UNITS, AT LEAST ONE SHRUB SHALL BE PLANTED FOR
 EACH 500 SQUARE FEET OF OPEN SPACE OR PORTION THEREOF.
