 1.) PROVIDE THE HEIGHT OF THE BUILDING FACADE. THE
 HEIGHT OF THE FACADE IS NEEDED TO CALCULATE THE
 BUILDING FACADE AREA WHICH IS NEEDED TO DETERMINE THE
 MAXIMUM ALLOWABLE SIGN AREA PER ZLDR S.94-409.
  
 2.) THE SIGN CODE ALLOWS ONE (1) SIGN PER BUSINESS PLUS
 TWO (2) ADDITIONAL SIGNS, FOR A TOTAL OF THREE (3)
 SIGNS FOR EACH BUILDING. PROVIDE PHOTOGRAPHS OF THE
 BUILDING TO VERIFY THIS REQUIREMENT IS MET. (ZLDR
 S.94-408(D)(1) D.)
  
 3.) THE MAXIMUM SUM TOTAL AREA OF THE SIGN MOUNTED ON
 THE EAST ELEVATION SHALL BE 50 PERCENT OF THE AREA SET
 FORTH IN ZLDR S.94-408(D).
  
 4.) THE APPROVAL OF SIGNAGE IS CONTINGENT UPON THE
 BUSINESS RECEIVING A BUSINESS TAX (OCCUPATIONAL
 LICENSE) FROM THE CITY. THERE DOES NOT SEEM TO BE A
 RECORD OF THE BUSINESS ON FILE.
