 1. THE DOCK SHALL NOT BE USED FOR ANY COMMERCIAL
 PURPOSE, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PROVIDING
 ACCESS TO ANY COMMERCIAL ENTERPRISE, DOCKING A BOAT FOR
 A FEE, FISHING VENTURES FOR A FEE, MARINE SALVAGE
 VENTURES, TEACHING OR TRAINING OF ANY MARINE-RELATED
 ACTIVITY, AND THE SALE OF MARINE-RELATED PRODUCTS.
  
 2. AS IDENTIFIED ON THE PROPOSED PLAN, THE FIRST 25
 FEET OF THE DOCK SHALL CONSIST OF A GRATED DECKING
 MATERIAL SO AS TO MINIMIZE IMPACT ON MARINE GRASSES.
  
 3. THE FINISHED HEIGHT OF THE DECKING SHALL NOT EXCEED
 THE HEIGHT OF THE FINISHED GRADE OF THE UPLAND
 PROPERTY.
  
 4. THROUGHOUT CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROPOSED DOCK,
 TURBIDITY CONTROL MEASURES SHALL BE UTILIZED.
  
 5. PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF A CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION
 FOR THE PROPOSED DOCK, ALL MOORING SLIPS SHALL BE
 PROVIDED WITH APPROPRIATE CONNECTIONS FOR POTABLE WATER
 AND ELECTRICAL SERVICE.

 2.) ONE (1) DOCK AND A MAXIMUM OF TWO MORNING SLIPS MAY
 BE CONSTRUCTED. THERE SEEMS TO BE AN EXISTING
 DOCK/STRUCTURE FOR THE PROPERTY? PLEASE CLARIFY. (ZLDR
 S. 94-304(E) C. 5.)
  
 3.) THE PROPOSED DOCK SHALL NOT EXCEED 100 FT. IN
 LENGTH. THE PLANS ILLUSTRATE THAT THE PROPOSED DOCK
 WILL BE 148 FT. IN LENGTH. (ZLDR S. 94-304 (E) C. 8.)
  
 4.) DOCKS, "TEES," DOLPHINS, PILINGS, AND OTHER
 MOORING-RELATED FACILITIES SHALL BE CONSTRUCTED WITHIN
 THE MIDDLE 1/3 OF THE LOT ON WHICH A DOCK IS
 CONSTRUCTED. THE PLANS SEEM TO SHOW THE PROPOSED DOCK
 AND MOORING-RELATED FACILITIES OUTSIDE THE MIDDLE 1/3
 OF THE LOT. (ZLDR S.94-304(E) C. 9.)
  
 5.) ANY WAIVERS FROM THE ABOVE SHALL REQUIRE APPROVAL
 BY THE CITY COMMISSION AS A CLASS "A" SPECIAL USE
