 2.) FENCE SHALL BE MAINTAINED IN A SATISFACTORY MANNER
 DURING THE ENTIRE PERIOD OF LAND DISTURBING
 CONSTRUCTION AND LAND DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITIES. (ZLDR
 S.94-450(E)(2))
  
 3.) GATES SHALL BE CHAINED AND LOCKED WITH A LOCK
 SUBSTANTIAL ENOUGH TO ENSURE CLOSURE AND SECURITY WHEN
 WORKERS ARE NOT ON THE JOB SITE. (ZLDR S.94-450(E)(2))
  
 4.) SEPARATE TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION FENCE PERMITS WILL
 BE REQUIRED FOR EACH CONSTRUCTION PHASE TO ILLUSTRATE
 ACCESSIBILITY.

 PLEASE ADDRESS THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS. RESPOND TO THE
 COMMENTS IN WRITING AND/OR ON THE PLANS WHERE
 APPLICABLE:
  
 1.) CLARIFICATION ON THE LOCATION OF THE TEMPORARY
 CONSTRUCTION FENCE IS REQUIRED. THE APPLICATION STATES
 THAT THE FENCE WILL BE LOCATED AT THE PROPERTY
 BOUNDARY. HOWEVER, THE PLANS INDICATE THAT TEMPORARY
 CONSTRUCTION FENCES WILL BE BASED ON PHASES. PLEASE
 CLARIFY.
  
 2.) IF THE TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION FENCE IS LOCATED AT
 THE PROPERTY BOUNDARY, THEN IT MUST BE ENCLOSED. THE
 SOUTHWEST PROPERTY LINE SEEMS TO BE OPEN.
  
 3.) SCREENING DETAILS WERE NOT INCLUDED IN THE
 SUBMITTAL. SCREENING DETAILS SHALL BE SUBMITTED. WIND
 SCREENING SHALL BE SUBSTANTIAL ENOUGH TO AVOID
 RIPS/TEARS DUE TO WIND OR SUN, AND SHALL HAVE NO LESS
 THAN 85 PERCENT OPACITY. (ZLDR S.94-450(E)(2) 5.)
  
 4.) HAS A STORMWATER POLLUTION PREVENTION PLAN (SWPPP)
 BEEN SUBMITTED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY? IF SO, PLEASE
 PROVIDE DOCUMENTATION THAT IT HAS BEEN APPROVED.
  
 5.) EROSION CONTROL MEASURES ARE REQUIRED. A SWPPP, IN
 COMPLIANCE WITH THE CITY'S STORMWATER MANAGEMENT
 PROGRAM, SHALL BE SUBMITTED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY
 PRIOR TO THE COMMENCEMENT OF LAND DEVELOPMENT
 ACTIVITIES. (ZLDR S.94-450(E)(3))
  
 6.) CONTRACTORS APPLYING FOR A BUILDING PERMIT TO
 PERFORM LAND DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITIES SHALL POST AN
 EROSION CONTROL BOND OR DEPOSIT FOR THE EROSION CONTROL
 MEASURES APPROVED BY THE SWPPP. (ZLDR S.94-450(F))
