 1. LOCATION OF POWER SOURCE FOR THE BOAT LIFT.
 2. HOW WILL POWER BE TAKEN TO THE LIFT MOTORS.
 3. SIZE AND QUANTITY OF LIFT MOTORS.
 4. AS PER NEC 210.8 GFI PROTECTION SHALL BE PROVIDED
 FOR BOAT HOISTS
 5. ALL TRENCHING SHALL COMPLY WITH NEC 300.5 AND BE
 INSPECTED PRIOR TO ANY BACK FILL.
 6. THERE MUST BE A 120 VOLT 20 AMP GFCI OUTLET WITHIN
 CLOSE PROXIMITY OF THE LIFT.
  
 ALL ELECTRICAL WORK ON THIS PERMIT
 SHALL COMPLY WITH ALL THE REQUIREMENTS
 OF THE 2008 EDITION OF THE NEC.
