 COMMENTS IN WRITING AND/OR ON THE PLANS WHERE
 APPLICABLE:
  
 1.) THE ILLUSTRATION OF THE TENANT BAY IS UNCLEAR AND
 INCONSISTENT WITH THE PHOTOGRAPH OF THE BUILDING
 PROVIDED IN THE PERMIT APPLICATION. THE ILLUSTRATION
 MUST BE CONSISTENT WITH THE EXISTING FA?ADE OF THE
 SUBJECT TENANT BAY IN THE BUILDING.
  
 2.) PROVIDE THE DIMENSIONS OF THE TENANT BAY. THE
 DIMENSIONS ARE NEEDED TO CALCULATE THE SQUARE FOOTAGE
 OF THE BUILDING FA?ADE TO DETERMINE THE MAXIMUM
 ALLOWABLE SIGN AREA. (ZLDR S.94-409, TABLE XIII-1)
  
 3.) PROVIDE ILLUSTRATIONS WITH DIMENSIONS TO WHAT THE
 PAINTED SIGN WILL LOOK LIKE.
