 1) THE BOARDWALK IS SHOWN WITH AN OVERHANG OF THE
 PROPERTY LINE AND THUS ENCROACHING INTO CITY PROPERTY.
 THE ENTIRE BOARDWALK SHALL BE ON THE OAKTON PRESERVE
 PROPERTY.
  
 2) THE DESIGN GUIDELINES REQUIRE THAT WALKWAYS BE A
 MINIMUM OF SIX (6) FEET WIDE WITH THE ALLOWANCE THAT
 THE BOARDWALK IS REQUIRED TO HAVE A MINIMUM OF FIVE (5)
 FEET BETWEEN THE RAILINGS ON EITHER SIDE. THE PLANS
 SHOW 4' 8" BETWEEN THE INNERMOST EXTENT OF THE
 RAILINGS.
  
 3) ARE RAILINGS REQUIRED ON THE INSIDE OF THE
 BOARDWALK?
