 COMMENTS IN WRITING AND/OR ON THE PLANS WHERE

 1.) PROVIDE THE HEIGHT AND WIDTH OF THE STOREFRONT.
 THIS IS NEEDED TO CALCULATE THE SQUARE FOOTAGE OF THE
 BUILDING FACADE AND MAXIMUM ALLOWABLE SIGN AREA
 PERMITTED (ZLDR S. 94-409)
  
 2.) PROVIDE THE DIMENSIONS OF THE PROPOSED SIGN AREA
 (LENGTH, WIDTH, ETC.).
  
 3.) WHAT ARE THE PROPOSED COLORS FOR THE SIGN?
  
 4.) WILL THERE BE ANY WINDOW SIGNAGE? ANY EXISTING OR
 PROPOSED WINDOW SIGNAGE MUST BE INCLUDED IN THE SIGN
 AREA CALCULATIONS.
  
 5.) THE MAXIMUM SUM TOTAL AREA OF ALL SIGNS MOUNTED ON
 THE FRONT FACADE OF A BUILDING IS 75 PERCENT OF THE
 AREA PERMITTED BY ZLDR S. 94-409.
  
 6.) IT MAY BE EASIER TO TAKE A PHOTOGRAPH OF THE STORE
 FRONT AND UTILIZE THE PHOTO AS A BASE FOR PROVIDING ALL
 REQUIRED DIMENSIONS.
