 1.) THERE IS AN EXISTING HAVERHILL COMMERCE PARK
 INDUSTRIAL PLANNED DEVELOPMENT (IPD) COVENANT THAT
 REQUIRES ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW AND APPROVAL FOR THE
 PROPOSED WALL SIGN. AN APPROVAL LETTER FROM THE
 ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW COMMITTEE OF THIS IPD IS REQUIRED
 AS PART OF THE APPROVAL PROCESS.
  
 2.) THIS APPLICATION REQUIRES A MINOR PLANNED
 DEVELOPMENT (PD) AMENDMENT PRIOR TO PROCEEDING TO THE
 SIGN PERMITTING PROCESS. PLEASE SUBMIT AN APPLICATION
 FOR A MINOR PD AMENDMENT AFTER THE ARCHITECTURAL
 APPROVAL PROCESS HAS BEEN COMPLETED.
  
 3.) IDENTIFY THE DIRECTION OF THE ELEVATION TO WHICH
 THE PROPOSED SIGNAGE IS TO BE PLACED.
  
 4.) THE PROPOSED SIGN AREA (25 SQ. FT.) EXCEEDS THE
 MAXIMUM ALLOWABLE SIGN AREA (24 SQ. FT.) BY 1 SQ. FT.

 5.) SIGNAGE SHALL NOT BE PLACED WITHIN 1 FT. OF THE
 ROOFLINE. PROVIDE DIMENSIONS TO ILLUSTRATE COMPLIANCE.
