 COMPLIANCE. ALL NEW CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS, COMPONENTS,
 SYSTEMS, AND SPACES SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS
 OF THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 1) IT APPEARS THERE MAY BE A DISCREPANCY IN THE PLANS
 AND PERMIT APPLICATION. THE PERMIT APPLICATION, WITH
 THE PCN NUMBER 74-43-43-15-39-001-4360 TIES THE WORK TO
 UNIT 436, ON THE FOURTH FLOOR AND WITHIN THE ACTUAL
 UNIT. THE PLANS APPEAR TO BE CREATING A NEW STORAGE
 AREA THAT IS NOT TIED TO THE FOUTH FLOOR SUITE 436.
 WITH CONDOMINIUMS WORK THAT IS TO BE COMPLETED WITHIN
 THE COMMON AREAS USE THE TRUNKATED PCN 74-43-43-15-39.
 PLEASE PROVIDE A SITE PLAN SHOWING THE LOCATION OF THIS
 NEW STORAGE ROOM, WHAT FLOOR IT IS TO BE LOCATED ON, IF
 IT FACES THE EXTERIOR, IF THE BACK WALL IS NEW OR IS
 THE FRONT WALL THE ONLY NEW EXTERIOR WALL. 107.2.1.3
 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS REQUIRED.
  
 2) 2010 EXISTING BUILDING CODE LEVEL II 701.3
 COMPLIANCE. ALL NEW CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS, COMPONENTS,
 SYSTEMS, AND SPACES SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS
 OF THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, BUILDING. THIS IS
 CREATING NEW STORAGE ROOM, PLEASE PROVIDE COMPLIANCE
 WITH: 2010 FBC-B SECTION
 2.1) 1207.2 AIR-BORNE SOUND.
 WALLS, PARTITIONS AND FLOOR/CEILING ASSEMBLIES
 SEPARATING DWELLING UNITS FROM EACH OTHER OR FROM
 PUBLIC OR SERVICE AREAS SHALL HAVE A SOUND TRANSMISSION
 CLASS (STC) OF NOT LESS THAN 50 (45 IF FIELD TESTED)
 FOR AIR-BORNE NOISE WHEN TESTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH ASTM
 E 90. PENETRATIONS OR OPENINGS IN CONSTRUCTION
 ASSEMBLIES FOR PIPING; ELECTRICAL DEVICES; RECESSED
 CABINETS; BATHTUBS; SOFFITS; OR HEATING, VENTILATING OR
 EXHAUST DUCTS SHALL BE SEALED, LINED, INSULATED OR
 OTHERWISE TREATED TO MAINTAIN THE REQUIRED RATINGS.
 THIS REQUIREMENT SHALL NOT APPLY TO DWELLING UNIT
 ENTRANCE DOORS; HOWEVER, SUCH DOORS SHALL BE TIGHT
 FITTING TO THE FRAME AND SILL.
  
 2.2) 1207.2.1 MASONRY.
 THE SOUND TRANSMISSION CLASS OF CONCRETE MASONRY AND
 CLAY MASONRY ASSEMBLIES SHALL BE CALCULATED IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH TMS 0302 OR DETERMINED THROUGH TESTING
 IN ACCORDANCE WITH ASTM E 90.
  
 2.3) 1207.3 STRUCTURE-BORNE SOUND.
 FLOOR/CEILING ASSEMBLIES BETWEEN DWELLING UNITS OR
 BETWEEN A DWELLING UNIT AND A PUBLIC OR SERVICE AREA
 WITHIN THE STRUCTURE SHALL HAVE AN IMPACT INSULATION
 CLASS (IIC) RATING OF NOT LESS THAN 50 (45 IF FIELD
 TESTED) WHEN TESTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH ASTM E 492.
  
 3) THE PLANS DO NOT INDICATE IF THE EXTERIOR DOORS ARE
 GOING TO REQUIRE A FIRE RESISTANCE RATING, IS THE
 BUILDING FIRE SPRINKLERED?
  
 4) THE HEIGHT OF THE BUILDING IS ALSO NOT INDICATED,
 POSITIVE PRESSURES BUILD FROM GRADE, THE NEGATIVE
 PRESSURES ARE TAKEN FROM THE HEIGHT OF THE BUILDING
 PLEASE UPDATE PRESSURES, ALSO THE PLANS INDICATE A "C"
 EXPOSURE, THIS LOCATION IS NEXT TO THE INTERCOASTAL
 WATER WAY, IS CONSIDERED A "D" EXPOSURE PLEASE UPDATE
 PRESSURES.
