 BY AN OWNER IN THE FUTURE. PLEASE CLARIFY BY LABELING

 GUTTERS AND DOWNSPOUTS AT THE REAR OF THE STRUCTURE

 6) SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH FBCR 806 FOR REQUIRED ATTIC
 VENTILATION.
  
 7) PROVIDE A STRUCTURAL DETAIL SHOWING HOW THE 4 X 10
 WOOD BEAM AT THE COVERED PORCH IS TO BE NOTCHED INTO
 THE CORNERS AT EACH END (INCLUDING THE EXISTING
 CORNER). SPECIFY THE NUMBER OF FRAMING MEMBERS REQUIRED
 FOR BEARING AND THE REQUIRED STRAPS AND CONNECTORS FOR
