 2.) THE PROPOSED FENCE ENCROACHES UPON THE ADJACENT
 PROPERTY TO THE WEST. PROPERTY OWNER PERMISSION MUST BE
 GRANTED FOR THE FENCE ENCROACHMENT ON THE ADJACENT
 PROPERTY. IF THE ADJACENT PROPERTY HAD BEEN PURCHASED
 BY THE SAME OWNER, DOCUMENTATION INDICATING THAT BOTH
 PROPERTIES ARE UNDER THE SAME OWNERSHIP MUST BE
 PROVIDED.
  
 3.) EXISTING PARKING CANNOT BE DELETED FROM THE SITE
 WHEN THERE IS A CHANGE OF USE, UNLESS THE SITE HAS
 EXCESS PARKING. THE SUBJECT SITE IS DEFICIENT IN
 PARKING, AND THUS, PARKING CANNOT BE DELETED FROM THE
 PROPERTY. CONSIDER RECONFIGURING THE PLACEMENT OF THE
