 1. PROVIDE A DETAIL FOR THE FIRE RATED WALL, EITHER A
 TESTED ASSEMBLY OR CALCULATED FIRE RESISTANCE FBC 703.
  
 2. PROVIDE EVIDENCE THAT THE DOUBLE DOOR SHOWN WAS
 PERMITTED TO SERVE TWO SEPARATE UNITS AND WAS CODE
 COMPLIANT AT THE TIME OF INSTALLATION. AS A TENANT
 SEPARATION BETWEEN THE TWO UNITS IS REQUIRED, IT IS NOT
 CLEAR HOW WHY TWO UNITS HAD NO SEPARATION AND A DOOR
 INSTALLED WHICH SERVES THE TWO. THE PROPOSED
 CONSTRUCTION DOES NOT RESOLVE THE ISSUE OF SEPARATING
 THE TWO TENANTS WITH A FIRE RESISTANCE RATED WALL. NON
 COMPLIANT OR NON PERMITTED IMPROVEMENTS DO NOT GET
 GRANDFATHERED.

 PASSES THROUGH UNIT 118 IN ORDER TO REACH AN EXIT.

 ZONE. CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH MUNICIPAL CODE 94

 THE STRUCTURE TO BE BROUGHT INTO COMPLIANCE. IF AN
 ELEVATION CERTIFICATE IS AVAILABLE, PLEASE PROVIDE.

 OUR RECORDS SHOW THIS AS AN A ZONE WITH BFE, SURVEYOR
 STATES THIS IS A C ZONE. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE FLOOD
 ZONE LINE GOES THROUGH THE MIDDLE OF THIS PROPERTY, AND
 ALTHOUGH THE VILLAGES ARE INCLUDED ON A LOMR, THE LOMR
 LETTER FOR VILLAGES ENDS AT THE CANAL BEHIND THIS
 PARCEL. I WAS UNABLE TO LOCATE A LOMR FOR THIS PARCEL.
  
 A COMPLETE REVIEW OF EC WAS NOT DONE AT THIS TIME DUE
 TO UNCERTAINTY OF INFORMATION. HOWEVER, NOTE THE
 FOLLOWING:

 IDENTIFICATION SHALL BE SPACED NOT MORE THAN 15 FEET ON
 CENTER.
