 POINTS) TO A MAXIMUM OF 1 FOOT CANDLE. THE PHOTOMETRIC
 PLANS SHOWS AREAS WHERE STAFF CAN NOT VERIFY THAT THIS
 STANDARD IS BEING MET ON SHEETS 2A SL-1, 2A SL-3 AND 2A
 SL-5. THE LOCATIONS ARE ALONG I-95 AND PALM BEACH LAKES
 BOULEVARD IN FRONT OF THE WHOLE FOODS BUILDING. THE
 PLAN SHOWS VALUES IN EXCESS OF 1.0 FOOT CANDLES WITHIN
 THE PROPERTY LINE AND BELOW 1.0 FOOT CANDLES OUTSIDE OF
 THE PROPERTY LINE, BUT DOES NOT PROVIDE THE FOOTCANDLE
 VALUE AT THE PROPERTY LINE. STAFF DOES NOT HAVE THE
 EXPERTISE TO EXTRAPOLATE THE REDUCTION IN FOOTCANDLE
 STRENGTH BETWEEN THE TWO POINTS IN RELATIONSHIP TO THE
 PROPERTY LINE; THEREFORE, IT SHALL BE PROVIDED BY THE
 LIGHTING ENGINEER.
