 HAVE ENGINEER ACKNOWLEDGE THIS REPEAT COMMENT IN LETTER
 FORM AND ASSURE THAT PLANS IN THE FUTURE WILL ALL HAVE
 THE REQUIRED INFORMATION TO SHOW RESISTANCE TO WIND
 LOADS. A LETTER IS BEING REQUESTED TO ATTEMPT TO AVOID
