 UNITY OF TITLE APPLICATION. AS OF 8/28/13 THIS HAS NOT
 BEEN DONE. ZONING CAN NOT APPROVE THIS PERMIT UNTIL
 THIS CONDITION IS SATISFIED.
 2. AN BUILDING PERMIT APPLICATION SHALL BE SUBMITTED
 INORDER FOR A LANDSCAPE PERMIT TO BE ISSUED FOR THE
