 THE PLAN TRIGGERS THE MAJOR DSI AMENDMENT THRESHOLD OF
 AN INCREASE IN 5% OF THE BUILDING SQUARE FOOTAGE. PRIOR
 TO ANY FURTHER REVIEW OF THE BUILDING PERMIT PLANS, THE
 NEW BUILDING AND ALL OF THE WAIVERS/VARIANCES WILL NEED
 TO BE APPROVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION AND THE ZONING
 BOARD OF APPEALS, RESPECTIVELY.
