 DECKS, ETC, BE LOCATED A MINIMUM OF TWO (2) FEET FROM
 THE SIDE PROPERTY LINE (ZERO SIDE AND NON-ZERO SIDE). A
 PORTION OF THE SCREEN ENCLOSURE IS STILL SHOWN AS BEING
 ON THE PROPERTY LINE, ATTACHED TO THE TOP OF THE
 PRIVACY WALL.
  
 2. PURSUANT TO THE DESIGN GUIDELINES, LANDSCAPE HEDGING
 SHALL BE PLACED ALONG THE ZERO-SIDE PROPERTY LINE WHEN
