 1) THE CANOPY STRUCTURE REQUIRES A SEPARATE PERMIT
 SUBMITTED UNDER A GC LICENSE. ZONING STAFF HAS REVIEWED
 THE DRAWINGS FOR THE CANOPY STRUCTURE SUBMITTED WITH
 THE SIGN PLAN AND IT MATCHES THE PLANS THAT STAFF HAS
 APPROVED AS PART OF THE MINOR PLANNED DEVELOPMENT
 AMENDMENT.
  
 2) IN ORDER FOR STAFF TO VERIFY COMPLIANCE WITH THE
 CITYPLACE MASTER SIGN PLAN, PROVIDE 2 COPIES OF A
 REVISED SHEET 7 (WAS NOT INCLUDED WITH THIS APPLICATION
 BUT HAS BEEN PREVIOUSLY SUBMITTED) WHICH SHOWS THE
 FOLLOWING:
  
 A. EXISTING MELLOW MUSHROOM SIGNAGE AND ITS SQUARE
 FOOTAGE.
 B. THE LINEAR FRONTAGE OF THE MELLOW MUSHROOM BAY ALONG
 OKEECHOBEE BOULEVARD AND SOUTH ROSEMARY AVENUE.
 C. THE PROPOSED CANOPY.
 D. THE PROPOSED SIGN LOCATIONS AND SQUARE FOOTAGE.
  
 3) BASED ON A ROUGH CALCULATION, USING THE PREVIOUS
 SHEET 7, IT APPEARS THAT THE SIGN SQUARE FOOTAGE WILL
 COMPLY WITH THE CITYPLACE MASTER SIGN PLAN.
  
 4) THE SIGNAGE COMPLIES WITH THE SIGNAGE PRESENTED IN
 THE MINOR PLANNED DEVELOPMENT AMENDMENT.
  
 5) THE EXISTING, CURVED MELLOW MUSHROOM SIGN SHALL BE
 REMOVED PRIOR TO THE INSTALLATION OF THE SIGNS INCLUDED
 WITH THIS PERMIT.
