 WHEN THE COST OF ALTERATIONS NECESSARY TO MAKE THE PATH
 OF TRAVEL TO THE ALTERED AREA FULLY ACCESSIBLE IS
 DISPROPORTIONATE TO THE COST OF THE OVERALL ALTERATION,
 THE PATH OF TRAVEL SHALL BE MADE ACCESSIBLE TO THE

 THE PLANS INDICATE A DECREASE IN OCCUPANT LOAD FROM 190

 PROVIDE PORTABLE FIRE EXTINGUISHERS. EXTINGUISHERS
 SHALL HAVE A MINIMUM RATING OF 2A:10BC AND SHALL BE
 TAGGED BY A LICENSED FIRE EXTINGUISHER COMPANY. TRAVEL

 NON-STORAGE AREAS WITH A 1-HOUR FIRE-RATED BARRIER OR
 BE PROTECTED WITH AN AUTOMATIC SPRINKLER SYSTEM. DOORS
 SHALL BE SELF CLOSING, POSITIVE LATCHING, AND
 FIRE-RATED FOR AT LEAST 45-MINUTES.
  
 EMERGENCY ILLUMINATION SHALL BE PROVIDED FOR A MINIMUM
 OF 1.5 HOURS IN THE EVENT OF FAILURE OF NORMAL
 LIGHTING. EMERGENCY LIGHTING FACILITIES SHALL BE
