 SUBMITTED. BOTH HAVE GENERAL LIMITATION #9, WHICH DOES
 NOT ALLOW ENHANCED FASTENING. SELECT AN ASSEMBLY WHICH
 EITHER MEETS ZONE 3 (WORST CASE) DESIGN PRESSURES OR
 WHICH INCLLUDES GENERAL LIMITATION #7.
  
 2. IF AN ASSEMBLY WITH GENERAL LIMITATION #7 IS
 SELECTED AND DOES NOT MEET WORST CASE DESIGN PRESSURE,
 RAS 117 CALCULATIONS PREPARED BY AN ARCHITECT,
 ENGINEER, OR REGISTERED ROOF CONSULTANT WILL BE
 REQUIRED. SEE LAST PAGE OF NOA, GENERAL LIMITATION #7,
