 PLAN IS LOCATED. HAVING THE FIRE SPRINKLER DESIGNATION
 IN THE PROJECT DATA SETS UP THE PERIMETERS THE PLAN
 REVIEW WILL OCCUR UNDER.
  
 2) SHEET A-1 INDICATES WITHIN THE BUSINESS OCCUPANCY
 THERE IS LOCATED TWO CONFERENCE ROOMS THE TOTAL SQ FEET
 OF THESE COMBINED AREA IS 1154 SQ FT. TO CONSIDER THIS
 AREA AS A ACCESSORY OCCUPANCY THROUGH THE FBC-B
 508.2.1, AGGREGATE ACCESSORY OCCUPANCIES SHALL NOT
 OCCUPY MORE THAN 10 PERCENT OF THE BUILDING AREA OF THE
 STORY IN WHICH THEY ARE LOCATED AND SHALL NOT EXCEED
 THE TABULAR VALUES IN TABLE 503, WITHOUT BUILDING AREA
 INCREASES IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 506 FOR SUCH
 ACCESSORY OCCUPANCIES.
  
 THE TOTAL FLOOR AREA, FOOT PRINT OF THIS BUILDING IS

 THE PLANS INDICATE A BUSINESS OCCUPANCY; HOWEVER, THE
 COMBINED SIZE OF THE TWO ASSEMBLY USE CONFERENCE ROOMS
 IS APPROXIMATELY 1,155 SQ.FT. OR 17% OF SUITE #110
 (6,620 SQ.FT.). FOR THE ASSEMBLY SPACES TO BE
 CONSIDERED ACCESSORY TO THE BUSINESS OCCUPANCY, THE
 ASSEMBLY SPACES CANNOT EXCEED 10% OF THE SUITE AREA.
  
 THE BUILDING IS FUNCTIONING AS A MULTIUSE OCCUPANCY.
 INDICATE IF THE BUILDING IS DESIGNED FOR MIXED USE
 (NON-SEPARATED) OR SEPARATED USE PER SECTION 6.1.14.2.1
 OF NFPA 101 FLORIDA EDITION 2009. FOR NON-SEPARATED
 MIXED USE OCCUPANCIES, THE MOST STRINGENT FIRE AND LIFE
 SAFETY REQUIREMENTS OF EACH OCCUPANCY SHALL APPLY TO
 THE BUILDING.
  
 PROVIDE AN OCCUPANT LOAD BREAKDOWN FOR THE SUITE.
  
 EVERY ASSEMBLY OCCUPANCY ROOM NOT HAVING FIXED SEATS
 SHALL HAVE THE OCCUPANT LOAD OF THE ROOM POSTED IN A
 CONSPICUOUS PLACE NEAR THE MAIN EXIT FROM THE ROOM.
 SIGNS SHALL BE DURABLE AND INDICATE THE NUMBER OF
 OCCUPANTS PERMITTED FOR EACH ROOM.
  
 ELECTRICAL: EMERGENCY ILLUMINATION SHALL BE PROVIDED
 FOR A MINIMUM OF 1.5 HOURS IN THE EVENT OF FAILURE OF
 NORMAL LIGHTING. EMERGENCY LIGHTING FACILITIES SHALL BE
 ARRANGED TO PROVIDE INITIAL ILLUMINATION THAT IS NOT
 LESS THAN AN AVERAGE OF 1 FT-CANDLE AND, AT ANY POINT,
 NOT LESS THAN 0.1 FT-CANDLE, MEASURED ALONG THE PATH OF
 EGRESS AT FLOOR LEVEL.

 SUBMITTED. PER FBC SECTION 907.1.1 CONSTRUCTION

 SYSTEMS SHALL BE OF SUFFICIENT CLARITY TO INDICATE THE
 LOCATION, NATURE AND EXTENT OF THE WORK PROPOSED AND
