 1) NEW STRUCTURAL DETAILS WERE NOT SUBMITTED TO SHOW
 THE ROOF STRUCTURAL SUPPORT MEETING THE REQUIRED REAR
 SETBACK OF 10 FEET. THE ORIGINALLY SUBMITTED
 ENGINEERING SHOWS THE SUPPORTS VIOLATING THE SET BACK
 AND MAY NOT BE USED FOR THE CHANGED CONFIGURATION.
  
 2) THE LEFT AND RIGHT ELEVATIONS SHOW LUMITE SCREEN AND
 REGULAR SCREEN EXTENDING PAST THE 10 FOOT REAR SETBACK
 LINE. WHILE THE ROOF IS PERMITTED TO OVERHANG INTO THE
 SETBACK, THERE IS NO CONSTRUCTION ALLOWED UNDER IT.
 THIS WOULD NO LONGER BE AN OVERHANG, BUT RATHER AN
 EXTENSION OF THE PRIMARY STRUCTURE.
  
 3) THE ROOF OVERHANG IS 42 INCHES (2' 6" PLUS 12") NOT
 36 INCHES AS PERMITTED BY THE OAKTON COMMONS DESIGN
 GUIDELINES.
