 FLOOD PREVENTION AND CONTROL ARTICLE XVII AND SEC
 94-546(B)(1) ALL NEW CONSTRUCTION OR SUBSTANTIAL
 IMPROVEMENT OF ANY EXISTING RESIDENTIAL STRUCTURE SHALL
 HAVE THE LOWEST FLOOR ELEVATED TO SIX INCHES ABOVE THE
 BASE FLOOD ELEVATION. BASE FLOOD ELEVATION IS 7'-0".
 HOUSE FINISH FLOOR ELEVATION NEEDS TO BE RAISED TO
