 PLEASE RESPOND TO COMMENTS IN WRITING.
  
 1) THE CITYPLACE MASTER SIGN PLAN REQUIRES THAT THE
 AWNING COLORS, COPY AND/OR LOGO SHALL BE APPROVED BY
 CITYPLACE RETAIL IN WRITING. PLEASE PROVIDE WRITTEN
 VERIFICATION FROM CITYPLACE THAT THE SUNBURST YELLOW IS
 APPROVED.
  
 2) THE CITYPLACE MASTER SIGN PLAN REQUIRES THAT AWNINGS
 SHALL PROVIDE A MINIMUM OF EIGHT (8) FEET OF CLEARANCE
 BETWEEN THE FLOOR AND THE LOWEST POINT OF THE AWNING.
 PROVIDE THE CLEARANCE FOR ALL OF THE AWNINGS ON THE
 PLAN.
  
 3) THE CITYPLACE MASTER SIGN PLAN REQUIRES THAT AWNINGS
 ON THE STREET LEVEL SHALL PROJECT FOUR (4) FEET FROM
 THE BUILDING FACADE, UNLESS OTHERWISE APPROVED BY
 CITYPLACE RETAIL IN WRITING. THE LARGE AWNING ALONG
 SOUTH ROSEMARY AVENUE EXTENDS 10 FEET FROM THE FACE OF
 THE BUILDING, THE REMAINING FOUR AWNINGS ARE RECESSED
 INTO THE DOORWAY OPENINGS. THESE AWNINGS ARE SHOWN AS
 3.5 FEET DEEP, WITH ONLY A SMALL PORTION OF THE AWNING
 EXTENDING OUTSIDE OF THE DOORWAY. THE PROJECTION FROM
 THE BUILDING FACADE SHALL BE INCLUDED ON THE PLANS. IF
 THIS PROJECTION IS LESS THAN FOUR (4) FEET, THEN THE
 SPECIFIC DIMENSION SHALL BE APPROVED IN WRITING BY
 CITYPLACE.
  
 4) THE CITYPLACE MASTER SIGN PLAN REQUIRES THAT BOTH
 SIDES OF A SHED AWNING MUST BE OPEN, UNLESS OTHERWISE
 APPROVED BY CITYPLACE RETAIL IN WRITING. THE LARGE
 AWNING ALONG SOUTH ROSEMARY AVENUE APPEARS TO HAVE
 CLOSED SIDES, WHICH WOULD REQUIRE WRITTEN CITYPLACE
 APPROVAL.
  
 5) THE CITYPLACE MASTER SIGN PLAN REQUIRES THAT ALL
 AWNINGS ON STREET LEVEL MUST HAVE AN EIGHT (8) INCH
 VERTICAL VALANCE ALONG THE FRONT OF THE AWNING. THE
 VALANCE MUST BE PROVIDED WITH CONCEALED WEIGHT TO
 PREVENT EXCESSIVE MOVEMENT IN HIGH WINDS. THE LARGE
 AWNING ALONG SOUTH ROSEMARY AVENUE HAS A 10 INCH
 VALANCE AND THE REMAINING FOUR AWNINGS HAVE A SIX (6)
 INCH VALANCE. NO DETAIL OR NOTATION WAS ADDED TO
 ADDRESS THE CONCEALED WEIGHT REQUIREMENT.
  
 6) THE CITYPLACE MASTER SIGN PLAN ALLOWS ADMINISTRATIVE
 VARIANCES FROM THE PROVISIONS OF 3 AND 4 ABOVE. PROVIDE
 A NOTARIZED LETTER FROM CITYPLACE THAT THEY HAVE
 GRANTED THE SPECIFIC VARIANCES NEEDED TO CONSTRUCT THE
 PROPOSED AWNINGS.
