 THE CITYPLACE MASTER SIGN PLAN, WHICH, IF APPROVED,
 WOULD PERMIT THE COPY THAT IS PROPOSED ON THE SIGNS,
 PROVIDED THAT CITYPLACE RETAIL HAS PROVIDED WRITTEN
 APPROVAL. THE AMENDMENT IS EXPECTED TO BE HEARD BY THE
 CITY COMMISSION IN JANUARY OF 2013. ZONING MAY NOT
 APPROVE THIS PERMIT UNTIL THE AMENDMENT IS APPROVED.
