 WITH ROOT BARRIERS TO PREVENT FUTURE DAMAGE.
  
 5) THE REQUIRED OAK TREE AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF LOT
 12 IS NOT SHOWN.
  
 6) ROOT BARRIERS SHALL BE SHOWN FOR THE STREET OAK
