 TOTAL HEIGHT OF 54 INCHES. THE CITYPLACE DRI REQUIRES
 THAT ALL ROOFTOP MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT, INCLUDING BUT
 NOT LIMITED TO SUCH ITEMS AS PUBLIC AND PRIVATE UTILITY
 SERVICE CONNECTIONS; HEATING, VENTILATING, AND AIR
 CONDITIONING SYSTEMS; COMMUNICATIONS DEVICES; AND
 RELATED EQUIPMENT, SHALL BE SCREENED FROM PUBLIC VIEW.
 PLEASE PROVIDE DETAILS ON HOW THE NEW ROOFTOP
 CONDENSING UNITS WILL BE SCREENED. THE HEIGHT OF THE
 EQUIPMENT AND THE HEIGHT OF THE SCREENING SHALL BE
 PROVIDED AND SHOWN ON ELEVATION DRAWINGS.
