 ACCESS BY THE FIRE DEPARTMENT. IF THE GATE IS LOCKED, A
 KNOX LOCK SHALL BE INSTALLED AT THE GATE TO ALLOW FIRE
 DEPARTMENT TO UNLOCK THE GATE.
  
 3) ?NO PARKING? SIGNS SHALL BE INSTALLED ON THE
 MILITARY TRAIL GATE TO DETER PARKING, WHICH WOULD BLOCK
 THE FIRE DEPARTMENT ACCESS THROUGH THE GATES IN THE
 EVENT OF AN EMERGENCY. THE NO PARKING AREA SHALL BE
 MONITORED AND ENFORCED BY PONTE VERDE.
