 1. PLEASE PROVIDE A CURRENT AND ACCURATE SURVEY OF THE
 PROPOSED AREA. THE SURVEY SHALL NOTE THE LOCATION OF
 THE NEW UTILITY LINES, EASEMENTS, ETC. IF ANY FENCING
 OR OTHER IMPROVEMENTS ARE PROPOSED WITHIN THE
 EASEMENTS, EASEMENT CONSENT FORMS SHALL BE PROVIDED
 FROM ALL APPLICABLE UTILITY COMPANIES.
  
 2. PURSUANT TO DISCUSSIONS WITH CALVIN CAMPBELL, A
 LANDSCAPING PHASING PLAN SHALL BE SUBMITTED TO THE
 CITY?S PLANNING & ZONING DIVISION INDICATING HOW THE
 LANDSCAPING WILL BE SUBDIVIDED AND COORDINATED WITH
 EACH PORTION OF THE PROJECT. THE CITY?S POSITION IS
 THAT ALL OF THE LANDSCAPING ALONG THE ENTRANCE AND
 PARKING AREA, EXTENDING BACK TO AND AROUND THE TENNIS
 COURTS FROM PARKER AVENUE, SHALL BE INSTALLED PRIOR TO
 COMPLETION OF THE TENNIS COURTS. THE PHASING PLAN SHALL
 BE SUBMITTED AND REVIEWED, ONCE A DETERMINATION HAS
 BEEN MADE, A SEPARATE LANDSCAPE PERMIT APPLICATION WILL
 NEED TO BE PROVIDED IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE PERMIT FOR
 THE TENNIS COURTS. I STRONGLY ENCOURAGE COORDINATION
 WITH MR. CAMPBELL.
  
 3. THE PROPOSED PLAN DIFFERS FROM THAT WHICH WAS
 APPROVED AS PART OF THE PBAU ATHLETIC COMPLEX COMMUNITY
 SERVICE PLANNED DEVELOPMENT (CSPD). IT APPEARS THAT
 ADDITIONAL FENCING AND GATES HAVE BEEN ADDED AT THE
 WESTERN END OF THE COURTS. PLEASE CLARIFY WHAT THIS
 AREA IS TO BE USED FOR. IT IS LOCATED WITHIN THE ?800
 EASEMENT?. WHAT IS THE SURFACE OF THIS AREA...GRASS?
 CONCRETE? ADDITIONALLY, WHAT ARE THE GATES PROVIDING
 ACCESS TO AND FROM? DO SIDEWALKS NEED TO BE PROVIDED TO
 THIS AREA? PLEASE PROVIDE ADDITIONAL INFORMATION.
